Founder: Jim Hartwell

Background: Spent over 35 years in the I.T. industry as a software developer. Analysis and problem solving were fundamental to his efforts in all phases of software development.

He put his analysis abilities to use in his personal stock investing proving successful at navigating through various financial crises since 1997. In 2010 he developed his interests in marketing, particularly the various features and opportunities found in online marketing.

Crossroads Social Media was established to provide branding and marketing solutions in all areas of online promotions (social media, banner ads, native ads) for other companies, brands, as well as individual professionals. Thus the tagline "all things digital" is fitting for the company.

The most recent exciting digital marketing system is SMS Mobile text marketing which expands on all of the existing traditional as well as digital media and can be used as a stand-alone channel of promotion, or as an enhancement to all the other promotion channels.

As new mediums and methods of advertising and promotions come along Crossroads Social Media is at the forefront.
